මේ රටේ බොහෝ දෙනෙක්ට දෙහිවලින් පටන් අරන් රට පුරා පැතිරුන අල්-මුසලිමාත් පිළිකාව රහසක්. ඩොක්ටර් මරීනා රෙෆායි ගේ අල්-මුස්ලිමාත් මුස්ලිම් කාන්තා අපිට නම් ගෙදර වගේ පුරුදු තැනක්. පාරේ හිඟා කන්නියක් වේවා, පදික වේදිකාවේ වැටිල බිස්නස් එකක් කරන්නියෙක් වේවා, අභිසරු ලියක් වේවා මරීනා මැඩම් බලන්න එම කාන්තාව පිට ආගමිකද කියල පමණයි. එම කාන්තාව ඉස්ලාම් නම් ඇගෙන් ඇයට වැඩක් නැහැ. මේ රටේ මුස්ලිම්ල ඉන්නෙ ලක්ෂ 20ක් පමණයි. ඒක එක්ක ජිහාඩ් කරන්න ගියාම වෙන දේ දැනටමත් අලුත්ගම, බේරුවලදි අපි දැක්කනෙ. ගර්භාෂ න්‍යාය දාන්න අපි පිට ආගමික කාන්තාවන්ම ගත්තම අපේ ගොඩ තවත් වැඩි වෙනව.
රෙෆායි මැඩම්ට ආරාබිය ඇතුළු ඉස්ලාම් රටවල් පනස්ගානෙම සල්ලි තියෙන ලෙබ්බෙලාගෙ කන්ටැක්ට් තියෙනව. එක ඊ-මේල් එකෙන් ඕනම ෆන්ඩ් එකක් එක්තු කර ගන්න තරම් ඇයගෙ සම්බන්දතා ඔඩු දුවල ඉවරයි. මේ තියෙන්නෙ ඇය අදටත් ඒ ක්‍රමේට අල් මුසලිමාත් දෙහිවල මූලස්තාන කරගත් NGO හරහා පිට ආගමික කාන්තාවන් ඉස්ලාම් කර ගැනීමේ ව්‍යාපාරයේ එක එක හපන්කම් කීපයක්. මේ අතර දෙමළ හින්දු කාන්තාවෝ නැහැ 100% කලින් සිංහල බෞද්ධ කාන්තාවො තමයි මේ ඔලු ගෙඩි වහගෙන බිම ඉඳන් බලන් ඉන්නෙ.
ඉස්ලාම් කර ගත්තට පස්සෙ අමතර කාන්තාවො හොයන් මූලස්ථානෙට එන ලෙබ්බෙලාට මේ කාන්තාවො පේලියට තියල එකෙක් දෙන්නෙක් තමන්ගෙ වත්කමේ හැටියට තෝරගන්න ඉඩ දෙනව. සල්ලි දීල දෙවෙනි තුන්වෙනි බිරිඳ ගන්න නම් රෙෆායි මැඩම් තමයි අංක එක. එහෙම කලාම ඇයට මුදල් පැති දෙකකින් එනව. අර ප්‍රොජෙක්ට් මේ ප්‍රොජෙක්ට් වලට සල්ලි ඕන කියල කන්ටැක්ට් වලින් හා තමාගේ යටතට ගත් අය විකිණීමේන් දෑවැදි වශයෙන් මුදල් ඕන තරම් එනව.
එක්කන් යන කාන්තාවො එක පාරම ලෙබ්බෙලා බඳින්නෙ නෑ. කොහේ හරි මුඩුක්කු කාමරේක තියන් ලිවිං ටුගෙද කියල ඇයව ලිංගික අපයෝජන කර කර ලමයි වදෝනව. මොකද ගෙදර ගෑනිගෙන් කැමැත්තක් ගන්නම බෑ. ඇයට ඉස්ලාම් ආගමිකව කාලයක් පහර දීල කැමැත්ත ගන්න ඕන. ඊට පස්සෙ බඳින්නත් රෙෆායි මැඩම්ගෙ පිහිටම තමයි. කාලයක් ලිවිං ටුගෙද අය එකතු කරල ගොඩම එකට බන්නදල දෙනව. මේ එහෙම ප්‍රොජෙක්ට් එකක්
Mass Nikah For Reverts 29/06/2013
Assalamu alaikum
As you all are aware, Almuslimaath has been conducting monthly programs to assimilate the reverts into the community totally. We educate them, provide Islamic clothes for them, help them in education of the children and give interest free loans to set up some self employment.
In this process we found many of them were living together and even having children, without having got married properly.
We conducted a nikah ceremony for such 9 couples on 29.6.2013. See attached photos. We also provided a waleema for the relatives.
We intend to make sure every couple among the reverts in Srilnanka are married properly according to the order of Allah.

මේ මොනව කලත් තමන්ගෙ බැඳපු ලෙබ්බෙ එක්ක තවත් අපේම සොයුරියක්/දෙන්නෙක් සමූහ ලිංගිකව ශෙයා කරගෙන එකම වහලක් යට ඉන්න නම් කොතරම් ආගමික වුනත් රෙෆායි මැඩම්ගෙ හිත නැමෙන්නෙ නෑ. ඉස්ලාම් වුනත් ඇයත් කාන්තාවක්. කාන්තාවකට පමණයි තවත් කාන්තාවකගෙ දුක තේරෙන්නෙ. ඒ නිසා තමයි ඇය ගාව අපි පුහුණු වෙන තාක් කල් අපිව වෙනම තියන් ඉස්ලාම් වල කාන්තා විරෝධී දේවල් පමණක්ම ඉගැන්නුවෙ. අල්-මුසලිමාත් ඇතුල් වෙද්දි අපිත් බොහෝම ආගමික අය තමයි නමුත් අපේ ඇස් පෑදුවෙ රෙෆායි මැඩම්. ඇය එහෙම නොකලා නම් මේ අපේ අඩවිය තවත් ඉස්ලාම් සුදු හුණු අඩවියක් පමණක් වෙනව.
ඉතින් කාලයක් එහෙම හිටියට පස්සෙ අපි මැඩම්ට කිව්ව ඇයි මැඩම් මේ ඉස්ලාම් ප්‍රමෝට් කර කරම ඉන්නෙ අපි කට්ටියම එකතුවෙලා ඉස්ලාම් විරෝධී වෙමුකො කියල. ඇය අපිට පැහැදිලි කරල දුන්න ඇයි එහෙම කරන්න බැරි කියල. ඉස්ලාම් ආගමේ සල්ලි හම්බ කරන්නෙ ලෙබ්බෙලා පමණයි. කවදාවත් ඒ විධියට අපිට ඒ අයගෙන් සල්ලි ලැබෙන්නෙ නෑ. ඒක නිසා තමයි මම ඒ සල්ලි වලින් ඔය කට්ටිය හොරෙන් පුහුණු කරන්නෙ. ඔය අය ඒ පැත්ත බලා ගන්න ඕන. මම නායකත්වය හා මුදල් සහයෝගය මෙහෙන් අරන් ඕගොල්ල්ලන්ගෙ ගිණුමට දානව. ඒව පරිස්සමින් පාවිච්චි කරන්න කියල.
ඉතින් ඇය අපිට වෙබ් අඩවි නිපදවීම, පෝස්ට් දැමීම, ඉස්ලාම් අකටයුතු ගැන ලියන විදිය සම්පූර්ණ පාඨමාලාවක් දුන්න. අපේ අඩවිය ඇගේ ඒ මහන්සියේ ප්‍රතිඵල තමයි. හොඳයි නේද? කොටින්ම ඇය අපේ මේ අඩවියේ පාස්වර්ඩ් පවා දන්නව. සමහර වෙලාවට ඇය ලොගින් වෙලා අපේ ලිපි සංස්කරණය කල යුතු විධිය කියල දීල තියෙනව. අපි සිංහල බෞද්ධ ඉඳල ඉස්ලාම් වුන නිසා අපිට පුළුවන් නමුත් ඇයට සිංහල ලියන්න බෑ.

We the Lecturers from Dharganagar National College of Education write to you regarding the problem this institute is facing. Already one of our female lecturers has explained the present situation about our college to you over the phone.
Here is a small description about the past situation in our college when a lady Mrs. Noorul Harija served as President.
Long ago this was a training college for males and females and thee had been male Presidents in those days. But in the year of 2001 it was changed to College of Education for LADIES ONLY. Ever since then the President has been always a lady, until recently. This Colleges of education totally differs from other Teachers’ training colleges. This is the Pre Service residential program and enrolling young girls who are around 20 to 25 years of age. All the activities in the college start from 6 am and go on till night 10pm in the college premises. The lectures are conducted between 8 am to 4 pm. After the lecture time, the students are involving the extra curricular activities like sports, Tamil manram, and Islamic program through the students’ committees under the supervision of the President.
At present we have 13 male and 8 female lecturers. But the male lecturers’ activities are restricted from 8am to 4pm by the President. All the activities are run by the monitoring committee of the President. Whenever necessary the President will call the female lecturers to conduct some activities after the college hours. This was happening for the last 10 years in our college very successfully.
But on 2011 June 2nd, Mr. U.L.M. Buhary, a male, was appointed as the President at our Dharganagar National College of Education with 100% political influence.
After that all the college programmes had changed. The Male president and male lectures are going around the premises of the ladies hostel even at night times. Students cannot move around in their casual dresses after college hours. And if anything happens to the girls inside the college at night time such as falling sick or meeting an accident the students have to inform the President. But now the students are reluctant to inform their problems to the President Mr.Buhari as he is a Male.
The Jamath Council and other society members of Dharga town tried to get a Female president. As a result of their effort, a female president Mrs. Rasheed was appointed on 26/08/2011. She is more qualified than Mr. Buhary, the previous president. She has two Master degrees. But she served only for three days. She got many threats, intimidation in person and over the phone; even though she successfully managed the problems she was thrown out of the college by political influence.
On 9/8/2011, the previous president Mr. U.L.M. Buhari came inside the college by force with the SLMC national list MP Mr. Aslam and their party members (25 people – all men ) at 9 pm in the night with a stay order from the court of Appeal. These party members moved inside the ladies’ hostels and domes.
The Male president has lodged a case against the Education Minister, Secretary of Ministry of Education, Chief Commissioner and Mrs. Rasheed. Now the case is pending. On behalf of Mrs. Rashid the lawyer Mr. Faiz Musthafa will appear in the court.
We need the support of Muslim societies, women activists and well wishers explaining that a lady’s leadership is most suitable for our Dharganagar National College of Education, an institute solely for females.
Madam, this is the one and only Ladies College for our society. We have to protect the Islamic values in this college. We appeal to all those who are concerned about our institutes for the betterment of our society. Please join hands with us to protect our college, and to run it in an Islamic way for our society.
